These terms govern this website and nothing else. Work we do for a client is governed by the written agreement signed for that engagement, and the subinc billing platform is governed by its own terms of service. Where either of those documents disagrees with this one, that document wins for the thing it covers.
Who you are agreeing with
This website is published by SubincLabs, Inc., a Delaware C Corporation at 1111b South Governors Ave, STE 33435, Dover, DE 19904, USA. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.
The site is not an offer
Descriptions of what we do, how we work, and what we have built are provided so you can decide whether to start a conversation. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, not a quotation, and not a commitment to take on any particular piece of work. Nothing on this site creates a contract between us; only a signed agreement does that.
The demonstrations on this site
Several pages carry small interactive panels — a ledger that balances, a retry that is refused, a proration that recomputes, a tenant lookup that returns not-found. They run entirely in your browser on figures written into the page. They are there to show how a thing behaves rather than to assert a result, and they are not connected to the subinc platform, to any customer account, or to real money.
Acceptable use
Use the site for its purpose. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system behind it, probe or interfere with its operation, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for anyone else, or use it to send unlawful, infringing, or abusive material. We may withdraw access from anyone who does.
Our content and marks
The text, layout, code, illustrations, and the subinc labs and subinc marks on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may read, quote and link to the site with attribution. You may not copy the design or the marks for your own product or represent our work as yours.
Links away from here
The site links to places we do not control, including the subinc product site at https://billing.subinclabs.com, its documentation, and third-party services. A link is not an endorsement, and what happens on the other side of it is governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy.
Accuracy and availability
We keep this site accurate and current as best we can, and we may change or remove anything on it without notice. It is provided as it stands, without warranty of any kind, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of error.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Privacy
How we handle personal data in connection with this site is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts of New Castle County, Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Questions go to hello@subinclabs.com.
